Clayton marquee hire is charged for a single use, typically with delivery or collection on Friday and return on Monday.
There is no minimum order for local delivery, though minimum order values may apply outside the local delivery area.
We can assist with setup when delivering equipment or installing marquees, and setup fees may apply depending on what is included.
No deposit is required, but card details are held until all equipment is returned and may be used for payment, damages, or missing items.
Items collected from the store must be paid for before collection via cash, EFT, or EFTPOS, while delivered orders must be paid before leaving the warehouse using a credit card or EFT.
Payments can be made by credit card, cash, electronic funds transfer, or EFTPOS, with a 1.64% surcharge applying to card payments.
Long-term hire can be discussed, and discounted pricing may be available depending on the duration.
All equipment is available for hire only and cannot be purchased.
A 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within two weeks of delivery or pick up, full payment is required within 48 hours, and orders over $5,000 require a non-refundable $1,000 deposit.
